Velocity Insights
A new Product Groups Report is now available in both the Velocity Design and Sourcing reports. This report organizes parts into logical groupings within each product category, based on shared key attributes. Each group provides activity insights to help you more easily identify trends and patterns.
At the top of the page is a Velocity Index Chart which shows the top 5 part groupings by default:
Located below the Product Groups Velocity Chart, the new Monthly Activity Index Table highlights the top 100 product groupings and displays the following information:
Product Class Year -on- Year
Activity Index (highest is 100) CMGR
On a separate tab, you’ll find the new Monthly Velocity Index Table, which highlights the top 100 product groupings and displays the following information:
Product Groups Report Exporting
The Product Groups Report can now be exported in .csv or .xlsx format. You can choose which table to export and select the file type that best meets your needs.
Manufacturer Report - New Product Groups Filter
A new Product Group filter has been added to the Manufacturer Reports, allowing you to narrow results to manufacturers associated with a selected product group.
MPN Report - New Product Groups Filter
A new Product Group filter has been added to the MPN Reports, allowing you to refine results to show only parts associated with a selected product group.
