If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, click on Forgot Password.
From the Forgot your password screen, enter your email and click on Reset Password.
A password reset email is sent to your inbox, from which you’ll click on Reset Your Password.
A new browser will open, and from there you will enter your new Password and the Confirm Password fields. Then click on Reset Password to finish.

Change Password
You can change your password from within CIQ. From the Main Dashboard page, click on the drop down menu in the top right corner and then on Profile.
From the Account Settings page, click on Account Settings.
Enter your Current Password, the New Password, and then Confirm Password. Once you have entered and verified your new password, click on Save.
Your Password has been updated!
